As a sub­sidiary of Thüringer Auf­baubank, we cur­rently man­age eleven invest­ment funds. These funds hold around 60 invest­ments in both fast-grow­ing tech­nol­ogy-ori­ented and estab­lished medium-sized Thuringian com­pa­nies. Infor­ma­tion can also be found at www.bm‑t.de.

Controlling (m/f/d)

Your new area of responsibility

• Prepa­ra­tion and eval­u­a­tion of busi­ness man­age­ment doc­u­ments of asso­ci­ated com­pa­nies within the scope of invest­ment controlling
• Analy­sis and doc­u­men­ta­tion of reg­u­lar val­u­a­tions of invest­ments accord­ing to HGB stan­dards in coop­er­a­tion with the invest­ment team
• Prepa­ra­tion of fund report­ing, plan­ning as well as quar­terly and annual finan­cial statements
• Sup­port for gen­eral projects and tasks of the bm|t

Your talents and skills

• Strong team­work and com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills
• Sound knowl­edge of busi­ness analy­sis and con­trol­ling with a degree in busi­ness admin­is­tra­tion and sev­eral years of rel­e­vant pro­fes­sional experience
• Expe­ri­ence in account­ing as well as val­u­a­tion of investments
• Struc­tured approach to work and will­ing­ness to fur­ther develop processes
• Quick under­stand­ing of com­plex busi­ness issues
• Adher­ence to dead­lines, inde­pen­dent work­ing style, flexibility
• Con­fi­dent han­dling of MS Office products
• Tech­ni­cal, sci­en­tific, entre­pre­neur­ial basic under­stand­ing is desirable
• Good knowl­edge of Eng­lish is an advantage
