The name is derived from the reg\u00adu\u00adlar video for\u00admat of YouTu\u00adber Paola Maria, who, with her 1.5 mil\u00adlion sub\u00adscribers, is CrowdTV\u2019s first \u201cmil\u00adlion YouTuber\u201d.
\nOn Thurs\u00adday of this week, Paola Maria, the biggest YouTu\u00adber to date, launched an app from CrowdTV and trig\u00adgered a ver\u00adi\u00adta\u00adble run on the app stores among the com\u00admu\u00adnity. Within a few hours, the app recorded tens of thou\u00adsands of down\u00adloads and reached num\u00adber one in the iTunes down\u00adload charts in the \u201cLifestyle\u201d cat\u00ade\u00adgory on the very first day. The Call of Beauty app focuses on Paola Mari\u00ada\u2019s lifestyle for\u00admat of the same name, in which she gives advice and insights into her beauty and fash\u00adion world. In addi\u00adtion to the reg\u00adu\u00adlarly pub\u00adlished videos from YouTube, her fans can also find exclu\u00adsive con\u00adtent such as tips, snap\u00adshots and votes. The con\u00adcept behind it is to pro\u00advide social influ\u00adencers from YouTube & Co. with their own plat\u00adform for com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adtion between them and fans.
