The Jena-based tech startup rooom AG has closed a Series A financ\u00ading round with a vol\u00adume of over 4 mil\u00adlion euros with exist\u00ading investor bm|t and other pri\u00advate investors.<\/strong><\/p>\n

rooom AG offers the first com\u00adplete solu\u00adtion for 3D, aug\u00admented real\u00adity (AR), vir\u00adtual real\u00adity (VR) and dig\u00adi\u00adtal and hybrid events. With the plat\u00adform, com\u00adpa\u00adnies can eas\u00adily and cost-effec\u00adtively cre\u00adate, edit and present their own 3D con\u00adtent online. Until early 2020, the plat\u00adfor\u00adm\u2019s focus was on 3D pre\u00adsen\u00adta\u00adtion solu\u00adtions for indus\u00adtries such as e\u2011commerce, real estate and cul\u00adture. Last year, the com\u00adpany added rooomEXPO\u2011X to its port\u00adfo\u00adlio, a solu\u00adtion for dig\u00adi\u00adtal and hybrid events. With this plat\u00adform for inter\u00adac\u00adtive online events, rooom was able to imple\u00adment numer\u00adous large event for\u00admats, includ\u00ading the dig\u00adi\u00adtal part of IFA 2020. Due to the extremely dynamic busi\u00adness devel\u00adop\u00adment, the team grew to almost 70 employ\u00adees in the last 12 months.<\/p>\n
