The TSF II fund has a vol\u00adume of \u20ac 30 mil\u00adlion and will invest in young and inno\u00adv\u00ada\u00adtive small com\u00adpa\u00adnies in the pre-seed and seed phase that are no more than 5 years old. An invest\u00adment of up to \u20ac 1.5 mil\u00adlion per com\u00adpany is pos\u00adsi\u00adble. The WBF II fund has a vol\u00adume of \u20ac 25 mil\u00adlion and will invest in inno\u00adv\u00ada\u00adtive small and medium-sized com\u00adpa\u00adnies in the growth phase that are no more than 8 years old. Here, an invest\u00adment per com\u00adpany of up to \u20ac 4 mil\u00adlion is pos\u00adsi\u00adble in the same amount as co-invest\u00adment of pri\u00advate investors.<\/p>\n
The Stiftung Th\u00fcringer Beteili\u00adgungskap\u00adi\u00adtal (Th\u00fcB) and the EFRE fund pro\u00advide the cap\u00adi\u00adtal for the two funds, which are man\u00adaged by bm|t. Thus, bm|t can con\u00adtinue to pro\u00advide cap\u00adi\u00adtal to Thuringian com\u00adpa\u00adnies from the pre-seed to the growth phase and strength\u00adens its posi\u00adtion as a lead\u00ading early-stage and growth investor for Thuringian companies.<\/p>\n
The two funds aim not only to strengthen the resilience of Thuringia\u2019s econ\u00adomy and pro\u00admote the nec\u00ades\u00adsary trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion of exist\u00ading struc\u00adtures, but also to con\u00adtribute to cur\u00adrent social chal\u00adlenges. This includes dri\u00adving decar\u00adboniza\u00adtion and pro\u00admot\u00ading greater sustainability.<\/p>\n
