WEINERT has entered into an agree\u00adment with both ATC (Pty) Ltd and Pow\u00adertech Tele\u00adcom Cables (Pty) Ltd to acquire CBI Elec\u00adtric Tele\u00adcom Cables (Pty) Ltd in Brits, North West Province, South Africa. The acqui\u00adsi\u00adtion is expected to be com\u00adpleted in the third quar\u00adter of 2023, sub\u00adject to var\u00adi\u00adous approvals. <\/strong><\/p>\n

CBI\u2019s exten\u00adsive expe\u00adri\u00adence in the pro\u00adduc\u00adtion of sig\u00adnal and com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adtion cop\u00adper cables as well as fiber optic cables makes the com\u00adpany an ideal addi\u00adtion to the WEINERT Group\u2019s capa\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adties and capac\u00adi\u00adties and a strate\u00adgic entry into the African mar\u00adket for WEINERT.<\/p>\n
