Another cap\u00adi\u00adtal injec\u00adtion for the Thuringian econ\u00adomy: With the \u20ac40 mil\u00adlion \u201cTh\u00fcringer Zukun\u00adfts\u00adfonds III<\/a>\u201d (TZF III), the state is now sup\u00adport\u00ading inno\u00adv\u00ada\u00adtive start-ups and medium-sized com\u00adpa\u00adnies that want to open up new busi\u00adness areas, par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlarly in high-tech sec\u00adtors such as health\u00adcare, arti\u00adfi\u00adcial intel\u00adli\u00adgence, the energy and envi\u00adron\u00admen\u00adtal econ\u00adomy, the cir\u00adcu\u00adlar econ\u00adomy, social inno\u00adva\u00adtions or dig\u00adi\u00adtal\u00adiza\u00adtion. These are areas with long inno\u00adva\u00adtion and prod\u00aduct devel\u00adop\u00adment cycles as well as high devel\u00adop\u00adment costs that are depen\u00addent on long-term financ\u00ading instruments.<\/p>\n

The Th\u00fcringer Zukun\u00adfts\u00adfonds III was launched in Decem\u00adber and is man\u00adaged by bm|t beteili\u00adgungs\u00adman\u00adage\u00adment th\u00fcrin\u00adgen GmbH<\/a>. \u201cWith the TZF III fund, bm|t is ide\u00adally posi\u00adtioned to con\u00adtinue financ\u00ading inno\u00adv\u00ada\u00adtive, high-growth Thuringian com\u00adpa\u00adnies in all phases in the com\u00ading years,\u201d says Kevin Reeder<\/a>, Man\u00adag\u00ading Direc\u00adtor of bm|t. The state offers equity invest\u00adments and silent part\u00adner\u00adships as well as sub\u00ador\u00addi\u00adnated loans for com\u00adpa\u00adnies via the Th\u00fcringer Zukun\u00adfts\u00adfonds. The intended use of the funds includes oper\u00adat\u00ading resources as well as invest\u00adments or acqui\u00adsi\u00adtions. The Th\u00fcringer Zukun\u00adfts\u00adfonds is funded by the Th\u00fcringer Auf\u00adbaubank with risk shield\u00ading from the Free State of Thuringia and the \u201cRegioInnoGrowth<\/a>\u201d financ\u00ading instru\u00adment launched by the fed\u00aderal gov\u00adern\u00adment of Ger\u00admany to strengthen the equity of companies<\/p>\n

With the \u201cTh\u00fcringer Zukun\u00adfts\u00adfonds III\u201d, the state is expand\u00ading its invest\u00adment port\u00adfo\u00adlio for the Thuringian econ\u00adomy. bm|t \u2014 a sub\u00adsidary of Th\u00fcringer Auf\u00adbaubank<\/a> \u2014 has raised around 1.3 bil\u00adlion euros for invest\u00adments in the State of Th\u00fcrin\u00adgen over the past 20 years via 13 invest\u00adment funds and thus invested in 209 promis\u00ading com\u00adpa\u00adnies. Exam\u00adples of suc\u00adcess\u00adful invest\u00adments in recent years include the IPO of InflaRx<\/a> on the New York tech\u00adnol\u00adogy exchange NASDAQ and the sale of the video tech\u00adnol\u00adogy start-up fayteq AG<\/a> to Facebook.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
