Dur\u00ading the first six months of 2025<\/strong>, in close part\u00adner\u00adship with our trusted stake\u00adhold\u00aders, Thuringia-based com\u00adpa\u00adnies<\/strong> within bm|t\u2019s port\u00adfo\u00adlio secured circa \u20ac 40 mil\u00adlion<\/strong> in total fund\u00ading across fif\u00adteen financ\u00ading rounds<\/strong>. Fur\u00adther\u00admore, we wel\u00adcomed five new com\u00adpa\u00adnies into our port\u00adfo\u00adlio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This not only con\u00adfirms our com\u00admit\u00adment to sup\u00adport\u00ading bold founders, it also proves the depth of tal\u00adent being cul\u00adti\u00advated in Thuringia<\/strong> \u2013 a reward for years spent nur\u00adtur\u00ading the ecosystem.<\/p>\n

Build\u00ading upon last quarter\u2019s call for bold\u00adness, in this edi\u00adtion we would like to high\u00adlight how intent can be turned into motion \u2013 through focus\u00ading on the impor\u00adtance of dri\u00adving change<\/strong>. The impor\u00adtance of lev\u00adel\u00adling up local, regional and pan-Euro\u00adpean com\u00adpet\u00adi\u00adtive\u00adness in an ever-chang\u00ading world can\u00adnot be over\u00adstated. The ques\u00adtion thus is not why<\/em> do we need change, but instead how<\/em> can we deliver it?<\/strong><\/p>\n

This process of turn\u00ading intent into motion starts inter\u00adnally through hon\u00adest self-assess\u00adment <\/strong>\u2013 that in turn starts to drive pos\u00adi\u00adtive change. High\u00adlight\u00ading and cel\u00ade\u00adbrat\u00ading wins is easy (and nec\u00ades\u00adsary); dis\u00adsect\u00ading mis\u00adsteps is transformative.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is only through can\u00addid con\u00adver\u00adsa\u00adtions regard\u00ading what hasn\u2019t worked as hoped that we can uncover the levers for improve\u00adment as indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adals, teams and organ\u00adi\u00adsa\u00adtions. This ini\u00adtial crit\u00adi\u00adcal assess\u00adment is the first step towards dri\u00adving change, push\u00ading for\u00adward and ulti\u00admately lev\u00adel\u00adling up.<\/strong><\/p>\n
