Fur\u00adther\u00admore, we wel\u00adcomed&nbsp;<strong>five new com\u00adpa\u00adnies into our port\u00adfo\u00adlio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This not only con\u00adfirms our com\u00admit\u00adment to sup\u00adport\u00ading bold founders, it also&nbsp;<strong>proves the depth of tal\u00adent being cul\u00adti\u00advated in Thuringia<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 a reward for years spent nur\u00adtur\u00ading the ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p>Build\u00ading upon last quarter\u2019s call for bold\u00adness, in this edi\u00adtion we would like to high\u00adlight how&nbsp;<strong>intent can be turned into motion \u2013 through focus\u00ading on the impor\u00adtance of dri\u00adving change<\/strong>. The impor\u00adtance of lev\u00adel\u00adling up local, regional and pan-Euro\u00adpean com\u00adpet\u00adi\u00adtive\u00adness in an ever-chang\u00ading world can\u00adnot be over\u00adstated. The ques\u00adtion thus is not&nbsp;<em>why<\/em>&nbsp;do we need change,&nbsp;<strong>but instead&nbsp;<em>how<\/em>&nbsp;can we deliver&nbsp;it?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>This process of turn\u00ading intent into motion starts inter\u00adnally through hon\u00adest self-assess\u00adment&nbsp;<\/strong>\u2013 that in turn starts to drive pos\u00adi\u00adtive change.
