Pflege­platz­man­ager GmbH con­vinced three new pri­vate investors, together with the lead investor bm‑t and the pri­vate investor Torsten Pfeifer, CEO of the Treuen­burg Group, to invest another seven-digit amount for the fur­ther growth of the com­pany, which was a win­ner of the Ger­man Dig­i­tal Awards in 2019.

Pflegeplatzmanager advancing nationwide

After a suc­cess­ful pilot phase, the company´s mar­ket entry has been suc­cess­fully imple­mented since 2019. In addi­tion to frame­work agree­ments, e.g. with the Kranken­haus­ge­sellschaft Baden-Würt­tem­berg, coöper­a­tion agree­ments were also con­cluded with nation­wide providers from the health care sec­tor. In the mean­time, Pflege­platz­man­ager GmbH has devel­oped into the lead­ing plat­form in the area of dis­charge and admis­sion man­age­ment in Ger­many. 187 hos­pi­tals and reha­bil­i­ta­tion clin­ics are already using the plat­form to make nurs­ing capac­ity trans­par­ent quickly and effi­ciently through­out Ger­many. Pflege­platz­man­ager GmbH focuses espe­cially on active net­work devel­op­ment on for after­care providers — a recipe for suc­cess that has con­vinced entire health regions, for exam­ple in the Stuttgart area, Karl­sruhe, Schleswig-Hol­stein or Saxony.

Pflegeplatzmanager still has a lot to accomplish

Pflege­platz­man­ager GmbH still has big goals in mind — even under the chal­leng­ing gen­eral mar­ket con­di­tions. The com­pany now has 30 employ­ees at loca­tions in Jena, Dres­den, Nurem­berg and Greiz. The entire team is work­ing actively on con­nect­ing the admin­is­tra­tive mar­ket par­tic­i­pants in order to opti­mize the approval and billing process and thus to real­ize the goal of a net­worked, seam­less med­ical care chain for all peo­ple in need of care.
