Stel­lar Tech has acquired IROIN®, Ger­many’s lead­ing influ­encer mar­ket­ing plat­form, unit­ing two pas­sion­ate teams with a shared vision to make influ­encer mar­ket­ing more acces­si­ble, effec­tive and authen­tic across Europe.

This acqui­si­tion is Stel­lar Tech’s sec­ond strate­gic move in less than a year, fol­low­ing the pur­chase of Influo (now Cre­atorz) in June 2024, and is part of its vision to cre­ate a pan-Euro­pean influ­encer mar­ket­ing plat­form that respects and under­stands regional nuances while enabling seam­less cross-bor­der campaigns.
