Your area of responsibility

You will sup­port the invest­ment man­age­ment team in the invest­ment process from deal acqui­si­tion to the analy­sis of poten­tial invest­ments to trans­ac­tion prepa­ra­tion as well as in the oper­a­tional and strate­gic sup­port of the Investee Part­ners. This includ­es­the fol­low­ing key areas:

• Research activ­i­ties (mar­ket, com­pe­ti­tion, tech­nolo­gies, transactions)
• Col­lab­o­ra­tion in the prepa­ra­tion of invest­ment pro­pos­als and presentations
• Prepa­ra­tion and eval­u­a­tion of finan­cial mod­els and sce­nario analyses
• Col­lab­o­ra­tion in the orga­ni­za­tion of events
• Prepa­ra­tion, par­tic­i­pa­tion and fol­low-up of meetings

Your profile

• Busi­ness and/or tech­ni­cal stud­ies with busi­ness knowl­edge and pas­sion for the ven­ture cap­i­tal sector
• Abil­ity to work in a team, men­tal flex­i­bil­ity and a high level of commitment
• Solu­tion-ori­ented think­ing and quick comprehension
• Struc­tured and inde­pen­dent way of working
• Strong ana­lyt­i­cal skills and knowl­edge in the field of finance
• Busi­ness flu­ent in Ger­man and English
