Your new area of responsibility

As an Invest­ment Man­ager, you are respon­si­ble for the entire invest­ment process, from deal acqui­si­tion and analy­sis of poten­tial invest­ments to deal struc­tur­ing and nego­ti­a­tion, as well as oper­a­tional and strate­gic sup­port of our Investee Part­ners. This includ­es­the fol­low­ing key areas:

• Iden­ti­fi­ca­tion and approach of suit­able tar­get com­pa­nies and co-investors
• Man­age­ment of the due dili­gence and nego­ti­a­tion process through to the clos­ing of investments
• Inde­pen­dent prepa­ra­tion of invest­ment pro­pos­als and port­fo­lio reports
• Sup­port­ing the Investee Part­ners and the co-investor network
• Active engage­ment with man­age­ment for the imple­men­ta­tion of value enhance­ment and growth strategies
• Prepa­ra­tion and exe­cu­tion of exits

Your profile

• Busi­ness and/or tech­ni­cal degree with pro­found busi­ness knowledge
• Abil­ity to work in a team, men­tal flex­i­bil­ity as well as high com­mit­ment and resilience
• Solu­tion-ori­ented think­ing beyond the com­fort zone
• Inde­pen­dent, struc­tured and self-reliant way of working
• Strong nego­ti­at­ing skills and a con­vinc­ing, engag­ing personality
• Highly-devel­oped ana­lyt­i­cal skills, entre­pre­neur­ial mind­set and knowl­edge of finance
• Busi­ness flu­ent in Ger­man and English
