Vision2B GmbH offers a health app for chron­i­cally ill patients under the brand name “mebix”. For this pur­pose, it has pre­pared sci­en­tif­i­cally based infor­ma­tion (includ­ing through clin­i­cal study) in a mod­u­lar, cross-media and emo­tional way so that patients are not only moti­vated to prac­tice health-pro­mot­ing behav­iors, but the pos­i­tive behav­ioral changes can also be per­ma­nently estab­lished through close sup­port. The app was designed as a plat­form and is cer­ti­fied and reg­is­tered as a med­ical device in the appli­ca­tion for dia­betes mel­li­tus type 2 and car­dio­vas­cu­lar dis­eases respectively.
