Vanessa Mis­sel­bacher has been an invest­ment man­ager at bm|t since Jan­u­ary 2024. Her task will be to iden­tify and ana­lyze new invest­ments, carry out the nec­es­sary due dili­gence and pro­vide long-term sup­port for com­pleted invest­ments until a suc­cess­ful exit. As a founder of her own com­pa­nies and through her work at a pri­vate VC fund, she knows the scene. Before com­plet­ing her MBA at HHL Leipzig Grad­u­ate School of Man­age­ment, she held var­i­ous posi­tions in man­age­ment con­sult­ing and young com­pa­nies. She has lived in var­i­ous cities, includ­ing Berlin, Leipzig and Munich. She is look­ing for­ward to con­tribut­ing her pro­fes­sional knowl­edge and expe­ri­ence to Thuringia.
