We are pleased that our port­fo­lio com­pany, Red­wave Med­ical GmbH—which we have sup­ported for many years as an investor and partner—is now part of the MedTec & Sci­ence Group and, as such, a sis­ter com­pany of custo med GmbH.

The Antares pulse wave analy­sis tech­nol­ogy devel­oped by Red­wave in Jena has been suc­cess­fully inte­grated into the custo screen 310 for years. This close part­ner­ship has now evolved into a for­mal alliance. 

With this acqui­si­tion, the two com­pa­nies are com­bin­ing their tech­no­log­i­cal excel­lence and med­ical exper­tise to lay the foun­da­tion for new diag­nos­tic pro­ce­dures related to hyper­ten­sion and car­dio­vas­cu­lar health.
